Fortunately, chef Matt did an excellent job, especially with the texture of the meat and the presentation. ![]() ![]() As a Frenchman, I'm very particular about this item, which is difficult to find prepared to my standards in the US. Head chef Matt is an alumnus of the former Olives in Charlestown when chef Todd English was in his prime. The current menu has been in place for only a couple weeks.
